Baptism

If you're interested in being baptized on December 6 following our 12:00 pm service, please fill out the form below and we will confirm with you.  If you have any questions, please contact your campus pastor or by calling us at the office at 516-826-0432. 

Checklist for Baptism: Please come a few minutes early and look for your Campus Pastor. We suggest you wear shorts or leggings and a T shirt to be baptized. Please bring a towel and a change of clothing!  You may wear flip flops.
