CenterPoint Church is a thriving, multi-campus church with a mission to reach every person from Brooklyn to Montauk. As our broadcast and largest campus, Massapequa plays a vital role in that mission, hosting over 1,500 people each week.
We’re seeking a high-capacity, spiritually grounded leader to serve as Executive Pastor of the Massapequa Campus. Someone who can steward its health, strengthen its staff, and help the campus flourish in its next season of growth. This person will build systems that serve people, lead with relational wisdom, and work alongside Pastor Brian and the Executive Team to advance CenterPoint’s mission with clarity and unity.
Young Adult Pastor

We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and theologically grounded leader to oversee the Young Adult ministry across all seven CenterPoint campuses, with a primary focus on our broadcast campus in Massapequa. This role serves young adults ages 18–29, leading both midweek discipleship gatherings and our Sunday night service, which draws heavily from this age group.
